NFL Playoffs
The NFL Playoffs are underway. All of the wild card games are finished and the table is set for the divisional round. There have been some major upsets, and certain teams have shown us what they’re made of.
The Bills beat the Colts by a final score of 27-24. The Bills were projected to win by seven. Josh Allen had a huge game which really helped out the Bills. They move on to play the Ravens at Buffalo, where there is expected to be a decent amount of snow.
The Los Angeles Rams beat the Seattle Seahawks 30-20. The Seahawks were projected to win 24-10. This game was a huge upset. The Rams now have all of the momentum they need going to play the Packers. The Packers have one of the best receivers in the league, Davante Adams.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Washington Football Team 31-23. The Buccaneers were projected to win 27-20. The Buccaneers will move on to play the hot New Orleans Saints. This will be the last matchup between Tom Brady and Drew Brees.
The Baltimore Ravens beat the Tennessee Titans 20-13. The Ravens were projected to win 34-27. This game was lower scoring than people predicted, but the Ravens were still able to pull it off. An interception secured this game for them.
The New Orleans Saints beat the Chicago Bears 21-9. The Saints were projected to win 30-24. This game wasn’t as close as people thought it would be, as Drew Brees had a huge performance. Mitchell Trubisky and the Chicago Bears were sent back to Soldier Field with this game.
The Cleveland Browns beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 48-37. The Browns started the game up 28-0, and were able to maintain that lead and pull off the win. The Steelers are sent home, and the Browns move on to play the best quarterback in the league, Patrick Mahomes.
