Cyberpunk 2077
“Cyberpunk 2077” was announced in May of 2012. It was scheduled to release in april then COVID hit, then it was scheduled November 13 then it was delayed for whatever reason, after that it was released on December 10. But when it was released it crashed several times while playing it and it’s very laggy. So we had to wait more than eight years for this game and now it functions decently. When Call of Duty Cold War was announced they had less time but it functioned.
So the story is if “Cyberpunk 2077” is your character is named V who lives in night city you can design every little detail about him, her, them, and when I say every detail I mean every single cell can be designed. The game takes place in night city and you can choose your back story but it will have a big effect on your story and your skills in the game. But there’s more details to the back story of how big of an effect it will have.
“I chose a street kid. The backstory will have an effect on your reputation” sophomore Xavier Lynch says
“Cyberpunk 2077” is a first person RPG shooter game. To decide the game it’s a mix of borderlands, fallout and GTA. but because it’s a RPG there is a skill tree to increase your strength, weapon skills, looting, or car skills. But of course depending on your personality will have an influence on the perk you collect.
“I have been collecting body and technology abilities.” sophomore Xavier lynch says
But there are also gangs and raging gang wars going on as you play though the main story is like there is a world going on around you. There’s also a tv broadcast you can watch in real time and you can fall in love if you enjoy that in a game.
“I think it’s a cool thing that the world seems like life is happening around you as you play.” sophomore Xavier lynch says
So “Cyberpunk 2077” was the most hyped game of 2020 and there were big games like last of us part two, fall guys, and Call of Duty Cold War. but did “Cyberpunk 2077” live up to its hype well its up to you to decide that and remember “We have a city to burn.”
