Best Holiday Movies

WIth Christmas right around the corner, it is finally time to bundle up, get a blanket, make some popcorn and watch some Christmas movies. You may be wondering what the best ones to watch are, and that is what I figured out for you.

Coming in at 3rd place, Is “Home Alone.” ” Home Alone” is a Christmas classic, and it is about Kevin, an eight year old boy that gets left behind accidentally when his family goes to Paris for Christmas. While his family was traveling, Kevin was having the time of his life until two older men heard that they would be out of town, so they kept trying to break into the house. Now it’s up to an eight year old to Protect his home and family pride.

The second most popular movie is “Elf,” and it has good reason to be. Buddy was a baby who was stowed away in Santa’s sack and ended up at the North Pole. Later, as an adult who was raised by elves, Santa allows him to go to New York City to find his birth father, Walter Hobbs. Hobbs, on Santa’s naughty list for being a heartless jerk, had no idea that Buddy was even born. Buddy, meanwhile, enjoys New York City. When Walter’s relationship with Buddy interferes with his job, he is forced to think more about what’s important.

The number one christmas movie that Findlay High has voted on is “Christmas Vacation.” “Christmas Vacation” is about Christmas time for the Griswolds, who are preparing for a family seasonal celebration, but things never run smoothly for Clark, his wife Ellen and their two kids. Clark’s continual bad luck is worsened by his obnoxious family guests, but he manages to keep going knowing that his Christmas bonus is due soon.
