Three weeks into the 2015 Trojan Football season and the undefeated Trojans are looking great! In light of the recent success Jordan Jones, who recently has returned from a dislocated shoulder, took time to answer some questions about the season thus far.
How is the season going: “Season is going great! We’ve started with a lot of confidence and all of the work we have put in this summer is definitely showing! We are doing a great job of not letting teams stick around once we get leads in games.” said Senior Jordan Jones
What are some strengths of the team?:“Defense has done a great job preventing big plays. Offense has done a great job making big plays. Special teams have made sure that we are winning the field position battle.”
What are some weaknesses of the team?:“Our biggest weakness is our youth, so most of our mistakes are things that will be fixed with time. We cannot get complacent given our early season success.”
How far do you think the team will go this season?:“The goal is to make the playoffs and make a deep run. It’s something that this group of seniors have never done and really wants to achieve.”
